Meet Daisy

Our New Puppy!!

Meet the newest member of our family... Daisy.

Daisy was born on a ranch in the Sierra Foothills near Yosemite.  I had been looking for weeks for just the right dog for our family.  When I called and talked to Mitzi, the owner of Kellybar Ranch, I knew I had found the perfect match.  She said she had three Labrador puppies available.  I decided to take my family on a little adventure to pick out our new puppy.  Three hours later we found ourselves up a dirt road, in the mountains, overlooking a lake.  It was beautiful!  We spent a lot of time playing with the puppies before we picked our girl.  That turned out way easier than the four of us agreeing on a name.  Here is a glimpse of the last five days:

Daisy: 4 of 4  WINNER!!!

Daisy is such a sweetheart and we love her so much already.  She loves to play outside with the kids.  The more water the better!  When it's time to settle down, she finds a quiet spot at Daddy's feet.

The cats are not too sure but hopefully they will come around.  : )

    Oh she is so sweet and cute. I just want to kiss her. I have three Irish Setters that are all grown now, but still my babies.

    Congrats!! We have a 7 yr old boxer and a 4 month old boxer puppy. potty training is the most frustrating right now,he does good for the most part,on most days though;) How about yours?

    So I have all testosterone in my home now. I am the only girl!
