ReplyDeleteI love it when you show custom groupings!
ReplyDeleteI just love your fabric daydreams!
ReplyDeleteMy parents honeymooned in Carmel in 1960. Love your palette.
ReplyDeleteI second what Ellen said, love the custom grouping it gives so much personality and the subtle variance in color you get by doing that is lovely. You make it look so easy!
ReplyDeleteI remember a special day trip to Carmel with the girls. Elegant lunch and fond memories. This palette envokes so many beautiful seaside memories!
ReplyDeleteOh, the fabric is indeed dreamy!! Love it.

ReplyDeleteOh how I adore Carmel!! I miss being on the north west coast more than I can put into words! I grew up there. :o) In Carmel, there is a darling little shop (if it is still there) that has the sweetest Christmas ornaments. :o)
ReplyDeleteThe fabric is pretty. :o)
Have a nice day.
Sincerely, Trish
Very pretty pallette. I love the coordinating fabrics you chose!
ReplyDeleteI love Carmel. I lived in Watsonville 30 years. It's between Santa Cruz and Monterey. I'm going this month. We moved here to Sacramento and its not as nice but there is less fog. I look forward to your quilt now!
ReplyDeleteThat Coral Kona solid, is that really coral (more on the pink side) or is red like my screen shows? I meant to look for a nice scarlet to go with my Zoe Pearns Sweet Nothings dot when you had your color cards at the meeting, but forgot. Next time.
ReplyDeleteGo for it!
